OdorAway Carbon Technology
The MERV 8 carbon OdorAway filter combines two specific technologies. First, filter the particles and then remove the odors. This advanced filtration technology provides clean, fresh, odor-free air in your home. Carbon coated filters are an excellent choice for homes with animals. They are designed to remove odors and irritating gases from the ventilation systems.
Built in two stages of filtration
The downstream filter element provides excellent particle filtration and prevents the carbon media from loosening and thus ensures maximum odor removal. The upstream filter element allows rapid adsorption and odor retention from the air ducts. Thermal sealing of the components prevents crumbling of fibers and coal. Carbon filters are effective at eliminating the following types of odors:

Manufacturing
The media of the air filter is glued on a metal gate of the outgoing air side, which prevents the wobbling while keeping uniformity of the filter and folds. The filter is placed in a cardboard box against moisture, which is what makes them so unique design. The filter media are integrated on the frame of the filter, the media is then glued on each part of the frame, thus preventing any possibility of air leakage.
Advantage
The furnace filters sold in retail store have a lifetime much shorter than specialized filters, this ensures that you have to change them more often. Dirty filters or neglected can cause breakage on your HVAC equipment. Our filters are made with a different filtering process, they accumulate the heavier and more restrictive particles at the bottom of the folds, leaving the open sides of the filter which allows a much more effective filtration during the use of the filter.
