Description
Our filters for heating and air conditioning units stand out for their unique fabrications, our filters are specially designed to provide an optimal level of filtration until the last days of use. Several studies have shown that the filtering of the air is the best way to improve the quality of indoor air. So this it's the MERV who will determine if the filter is effective or not. A good indoor air quality significantly reduces the symptoms of asthma and allergies, especially for children. When buying filters, it is important the filter is made from quality material, because the air quality of your home depends on it.
Manufacturing
The media of the air filter is glued on a metal gate of the outgoing air side, which prevents the wobbling while keeping uniformity of the filter and folds. The filter is placed in a cardboard box against moisture, which is what makes them so unique design. The filter media are integrated on the frame of the filter, the media is then glued on each part of the frame, thus preventing any possibility of air leakage.
Advantage
The furnace filters sold in retail store have a lifetime much shorter than specialized filters, this ensures that you have to change them more often. Dirty filters or neglected can cause breakage on your HVAC equipment. Filters are made with a different filtering process, they accumulate the heavier and more restrictive particles at the bottom of the folds, leaving the open sides of the filter which allows a much more effective filtration during the use of the filter.
Important
If you order the wrong size filter, you will cover the cost of shipping and handling for the items.
Measuring your filter properly
The size printed on your current filter’s frame is its nominal size: that is the one you order. The filter itself measures a little less, so it slides into its slot.
